Most gunshops you walk into the folks behind the counter are either as pushy as a used car salesman or just don’t care and sigh every time you ask a question. They see you as a number, not a person.
In a small town your reputation is everything
Word of mouth is our #1 way we get new customers. Because we take care of folks. We take the time to get the job done right. Wether it’s fixing a 100 year old gun or making sure the customer gets the product that they were looking for, every transaction matters.
Lifetime customers is our goal
We’re not out to get rich, just to make a living. Therefore we may not make much money on every transaction, and that’s ok, long as the customer is happy.
Those small transactions added up over a lifetime and that customer sharing their trust in us to other folks is what matters.
We don’t know everything but we’ll never lie to you
In an ever changing industry where new calibers, guns, and accessories come out every day it seems like. We try our best to keep up to date and be able to answer any questions, but you’ll hear something here you don’t hear much from the guy behind the counter “I don’t know” quickly followed by a smile and a “Lets look it up”. We’d rather learn something new with the customer than pretend like we know everything.
